What we do here at Our Lady of Loreto . . .

Advent:
 
1st Sunday: Dec. 2nd, 2007
 
2nd Sunday:
          9 AM : John Aimone (Wife, Maria)
         11 AM : Mass for the Parishioners
 
 
December 8th is the Feast of the Immaculate Connception and is a holy day of obligation. There will be an anticipated Mass on Friday evening at 5:30 PM and agian on Saturday morning at 9 AM for the holiday.  The weekend Masses will remain the same.   
 
CHRISTMAS MASS SCHEDULE:
                  Christmas Eve, Dec. 24th: 5:30 PM and 10 PM
                  Christmas Day, Dec. 25th: 10 AM
 
 
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
 
Whether its delevering smiles or greeting cards, lending a helping hand or giving of a generous heart, as a volunteer your efforts can create a ripple effect.  Helping our patients brings many rewards: free parking or bus ticket and a free meal for each four hour shift.  Minium age is 14 and all skill levels are welcome.  Call UPMC at (412) 647 - 6147 or (412) 623 - 6663. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

St. Poius X welsomes us to a Handbell Chior of Good Samartian Church in Braddock on December 16th at 7 PM.  They will preform a program of spiritual music to help us prepare for our Lord's birth. 
 
The Poineers will meet on First Friday, Dec. 7th, 2007 for the 12 PM Mass followed by a luncheon in the Social Hall.  You must call Lena at 412 - 561 - 6421 if you plan to attend the luncheon. RSVP by Dec. 5th, 2007.
 
The Religious Education students and teachers invite you to join us each week for the rosary at 6PM on Thursdays. Please stop by and join us!
